About Us
Lordam Support Services Limited was incorporated to deliver a comprehensive range of community-based services to improve the quality of life. We support service users within accommodation and those who have been made homeless. Our service delivery model focuses on increasing independence across a range of accommodation types including support in shared houses, individual apartments or houses and specialist accommodation. We build close relationships with governmental agencies working with vulnerable people, the Councils Social Care Services (CSCS) providing best standard of support to the community of service users.
Our office is situated in Chelmsford, our services are not restricted as we provide services around the United Kingdom; meeting the need of the community that requires our services.

Our Team

Loretta Kayode
Chief Executive Officer
Loretta has several years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector and will provide guidance and supervision to other team members of Lordam Support Services Ltd. Loretta is up to date in mandatory and other relevant courses with demonstrated appropriate knowledge of applicable legislation including the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 (Part 3), NICE guidelines, MCA 2005 and understands the consequences of failing to take action on set requirements. Apart from her respectful and trustworthy disposition, Loretta is physically and mentally fit to handle this activity.
Loretta is a graduate of Graphics Design from East London University, and her drawing and creative skills will be brought to bear in providing art therapy to our potential service users. Loretta believes in continuous improvement and is disposed to attend regular training to update her skills in the field of health and social care in pursuit of the strategic vision and mission of Lordam Support.

Christine Winsala
Service Manager
A seasoned social healthcare practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the Health and Social Care Industry, a passionate and dedicated team lead, her wealth of experience in the Health and social care sector is outstanding. Christine worked in different settings of Care and support with different client groups, with a level 5 diploma in Health and Social care management.
Christine runs a Charity in Essex called The Shepherdess. The Shepherdess currently supports two boys in a supported living Scheme.

Jordan Adebiyi
Team Lead, Quality Assurance
Jordan is a seasoned Quality and Compliance Manager with several years of experience in the Health Sector. He has worked with the NHS serving in different positions which include Training and Engagement Manager and Clinical Auditor. Jordan will oversee our robust service delivery framework ensuring adequate training of personnel with up-to-date technical know how which gathers qualitative and quantitative data against all aspects of our services including safety, workforce, effectiveness and leadership. This encompasses our policy structure, the operational oversight and compliance of service quality and training.

Susan Salami
Administrator
Susan has over 20 years of office management and administrative duties and will oversee the smooth running of HR and administrative tasks for the organisation. Susan is a polished professional with expertise in all aspects of administrative oversight and human resources, including project management, personnel supervision and team building. Her areas of specialisation include business development, staff utilisation, coaching and mentoring. Susan has attended numerous training courses including mandatory and other relevant courses.

Philip Ogunkoya
Project Co-Ordinator
Philip will oversee the coordination of activities for Lordam Support service users. Philip has over 5 years of experience in administrative work and his work has exposed him to brands spanning several sectors like Health, Education, Advertising, Trading, Media and non-profit organisations. Philip holds a bachelor’s degree in Educational Management and Economics. He also holds professional Certifications in HSE, Customer Service and a Diploma Certificate in Biblical Studies at Hope Bible College. Philip had worked with Haven of Hope (a Missionary Organization) as Administrative Officer before joining Lordam Support.

Antoinette Turner
Senior Support Worker
Antoinette has several years of experience in the Health and Social Care sector and has supported people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues in Supported Living and Residential Care settings. As a Senior Support Worker, Antoinette will lead our team of Support Workers, providing leadership and guidance including induction and supervision for effective service delivery. She is adept in statutory regulations including the Care Act 2014 and her key strength lies in supporting service users with unconditional positive regard (UPR) irrespective of their protected characteristics. Antoinette holds the NVQ Level 3 Certification in Health and Social Care and has attended all the mandatory and service-specific core courses.
